HOST COUNTRY - TANZANIA

Tanzania is a country with many tourist attractions. Approximately 38 percent of Tanzania's land area is set aside in protected areas for conservation. There are 21 national parks including Serengeti National Park. Also, controlled conservation areas the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Tanzania is also home to Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa.

Also, Tanzania is the home of the Zanzibar Islands. Zanzibar is known as Africa’s tropical paradise, offering the world’s most beautiful beaches. Here, you find miles and miles of white sandy beaches dotted with palm trees, surrounded by the clear azure water of the Indian Ocean. 

HOST CITY - ARUSHA

Arusha is a city in East Africa's Tanzania, located at the base of volcanic Mt. Meru. It's a gateway to safari destinations and Africa's highest peak, Mt. Kilimanjaro, lying some 100 kilometers northeast. To the west lies Serengeti National Park, home to wildlife including lions, rhinoceros, giraffes, and leopards. Annual migrations feature huge herds of wildebeests crossing its plains.

AIRPORT ARRIVALS & DEPARTURE

All arrivals have to take place at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), on 21st November 2024 (Morning flight preferred) and return/departures on 1st December 2024 (Evening Flight preferred). We preferred Ethiopian Airlines and Qatar Airways; their arrival time matches our schedules for the welcoming event at the airport.
